The estimated delivery time is 3-10 working days. Please notice that the delivery time is estimated and under sale the delivery time can be longer. We hope for your understanding.
Pre-order orders will be shipped after the day accordance to the given date under the product.
NOBEL COPENHAGEN send packages with the following: GLS, PostNord, UPS, to the nearest pickup point
We're not responsible for any extra costs because of customs for countries out of EU, our delays because of customs. By ordering to countries outside EU you accept to pay for the local VAT / customs and fees.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package, from our warehouse and home to you.
We refund money back, and you have 14 days to return the order from when you received it. You are responsible for the return cost
How to return - DK/EU:
- Buy your return label on our site in the Footer Menu
- Attach a note with your name + order number and if any wish for exchange to new size + color within in the return package
- You will receive your label on your e-mail within 24 hours
All returned items has to be delivered back unused with original tags, unopened hang tags, no signs of use (perfume, etc.). Otherwise the items will be considered used and a refund will not be possible. We can’t locate or accept any other return ways than described above, you are therefor responsible for returning in the right Way using our return label method. We can’t locate if you have used other return ways.
How to return - Countries outside of EU:
For countries outside of EU, your responsible for the return
- E-mail us to: email@example.com about your wish of return
- Important to leave a note in your package with return wish
- As soon as you have sent the package, you need to e-mail the Track & trace number to: firstname.lastname@example.org and write the delivery company used
- Always save your receive from your used delivery company of your return
You are responsible for that the items is packed saved so the items don't take damaged under shipping, and is responsible for the package until we receive it. Therefor it's you as a customer who is responsible for the package, and always keep your receipt from the shipping. To deny or not pick up the package will not be accepted as return as long as there hasn't been any informed wish of return to our customer e-mail.
You are responsible for your return until it reach us and any delay or error will be considered as a part of 14 days of return right
Any return that is not accepted will be returned back to you
There can go 3-10 bank days before your return reach your Account
If you should receive an item with an error our received a wrong item,
should this be informed to: email@example.com within 14 days.
As for wrong received items the return/exchange of your received item should happen within reasonable time (1 month).
Black Friday & Cyber Monday orders
Please notice that the delivery time can be longer due to high numbers of orders made on Black Friday & Cyber Monday.
For orders bought from 29 November have extended return until 1 January. Please have the holidays in mind when you are returning in the Christmas season.
Sample Sales items are one-off items and as such are not eligible for refunds, guarantees, exchanges nor online store credits.
Discounts can't be used with other discounts, or on sales items.
